The feeding of the cassette hose is done with 4 drive motors to provide reliable operation and reduced maintenance.
Equipment options
Tank:
– Tank in stainless steel.
– Volume: up to 21 m³ divided into water compartment and one or more sludge compartments with the possibility to transfer liquid between the sludge compartments.
– Tipping function and hydraulically opening rear hatch.
High-pressure jetting:
– Pratissoli 3 cyl. piston pump hydraulic driven. Mounted in a cabin made of polished stainless steel with lockable doors and heating.
– Capacity: 93 l/min, 200 bar.
Alternative: 102 l/min, 160 bar.
Alternativt 153 l/min, 130 bar.
– Hydraulically powered jetting hose reel. The reel mounted on the right side, protected in a stainless steel, heated, and lockable cabinet. Capacity: 120 m 1/2” jetting hose.
Vacuum pump:
– Hydraulically driven, Lob pump type. Capacity 22,000 l/min.
– Separator designed to achieve optimal efficiency and prevent oversuction.
– The system is adapted to minimize vacuum losses.
Suction hose reel:
– Swiveling suction hose reel. Accommodates 50 m of 3″ suction hose.
Other standard equipment:
– Wide and long hose box in glossy stainless steel on both sides.
– Åkerströms radio with the possibility of starting/stopping the vehicle engine and adjustable high-pressure jetting pressure.
– Clothes locker with heating. All cabinets are always made of stainless steel with rubber-sealed and lockable doors.
Option:
– Transfer pump: Capacity 1,500 l/min. A useful feature for working in flooded areas / overpumping.
– Vacuum pump type: rotary vane or lob pump, capacity up to 38,000 l/min.
– Multiple selectable hydraulic-driven suction hose reels. Pivotal or folding, with swivel suction or just as storage. Mounted on the rear end or on the sides. Accommodates up to 70 m of 3″ suction hose.
– ADR and acid-resistant tank.
